Grass Seed Germination

Affordable Aeration LLC takes care to apply premium seed at the proper rate and depth. However, successful germination and establishment depend on many factors outside of our control. We cannot guarantee results if seed fails to germinate or establish.

Common factors that may affect germination and lawn establishment include (but are not limited to):

  • Insufficient or inconsistent watering

  • Soil temperature or air temperature being outside the ideal range

  • Excessive heat, cold, or drought conditions

  • Heavy rainfall or washouts from storms

  • Birds, wildlife, or pets disturbing or eating seed

  • Soil compaction, poor soil quality, or lack of nutrients

  • Shade levels and limited sunlight

  • Fungus, disease, or insect activity

Because these conditions are beyond our control, Affordable Aeration LLC cannot be held responsible for seed that does not germinate or establish as expected. Proper aftercare, especially watering, is the responsibility of the property owner.

Measurement & Pricing Adjustment

Lawn square footage is calculated using satellite measurement technology and/or mapping software. Due to potential obstructions (including but not limited to tree canopy, structures, fencing, and image distortion), measurements are estimates only.

If in-person verification reveals a material difference in square footage, pricing will be adjusted accordingly prior to service commencement. Customer approval of revised pricing is required before work begins. If the revised price is declined, service may be canceled without penalty.

Affordable Aeration LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if actual site conditions materially differ from those represented at the time of quoting.

Irrigation Systems & Underground Utilities

Affordable Aeration LLC takes care to avoid visible sprinkler heads and known obstacles during service. However, aeration involves the use of equipment that penetrates the top layer of soil and may come into contact with underground components that are not visible.

Irrigation lines, sprinkler wiring, and other underground utilities are expected to be installed at appropriate depths below the surface. Components that are shallow, improperly installed, deteriorated, or not up to standard installation practices may be susceptible to disturbance during normal aeration.

Affordable Aeration LLC is not responsible for damage to:

  • Unmarked or hidden sprinkler heads, lines, or wiring

  • Shallow or improperly installed irrigation systems

  • Private or unmarked underground utilities of any kind

  • Pre-existing issues, weak points, or system failures that become apparent during or after service

It is the responsibility of the property owner to ensure that all irrigation components and private utilities are properly installed, clearly marked, and in good working condition prior to service.

By proceeding with service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
